After 17 years and over 7,000 hours of very hard training, I was at the top of my fitness game at age 64. Very few 20 year olds, with my size and weight, could do my weights, or cardio, or abs routines. But I fell on a job site, and broke three vertebrae in my lower back, this spring. No surgery, and healing is going well. I attribute a good portion of my ” luck ” in the accident,to my fitness level. In my view.luck is the residue of hard work and preparation. I intend to get back to training in one month, and plan to start up a website with a two minute video clip, and write a booklet on fitness, nutrition and training. Let me know if are interested, once I get it ready
Thanks
Doug
PS: We Fulford’s have to stick together you know !!!!!
Hey Doug, Great to see you have stopped by. You are so right in that luck is the residue of hard work and preparation! I look forward to seeing your results with the website and booklet on fitness, nutrition and training. I look forward to hearing how the rest of your healing and betting back into training goes. Stay in touch!
