So If I start exercising now, does that mean I have to do it for the rest of my life?

My answer would be yes.  Or you could say that depends.. What are you looking for?  Healthy and fitness in your life or just a temporary fix for what may ail you?

If you happen to be someone in your 40′s or 50′s beginning exercise will be beneficial.. It may not make you a super hero of fitness.  But it is certainly going to make a difference.
