Nobody Is As Busy As I Am!

I get a lot of comments and excuses from people about ‘not finding time’ or not being able to exercise cause “I am too busy”.

I don’t get it!!

I think that it has to do with the choices we make.. Like everything else in our lives, no matter what, one will choose!
