Physically fit means what?
What exactly does being physically fit really mean? What is involved in being physically fit? Does it encompass muscular endurance, muscular strength and then cardiovascular endurance and also flexibility? How would I know if I am physically fit or not and why would it matter?

You exercise and you don’t lift a lot of weight, so what, does that constitute that you are just a wimp?
I was on a forum the other day and a young person was quite discouraged that he had tried an Insanity workout of some sort and was not losing but had actually gained 20 pounds. Your body needs to move throughout life. As we get older and older little things in our body start giving out and we NEED to work those little kinks out. Those little kinks turn to big kinks and then we are in trouble.. and then don’t have the same ability to move, bend, stretch, lift, turn or balance the way we used to.
